Product lead for a new flagship data privacy product, a B2B SaaS platform with consumer-facing elements:
• Drove new platform development from ideation to general availability and enterprise adoption.
o Used market research and competitive analysis to develop and implement a GTM strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership, generating six-figure ARR subscriptions among our first customers.
o Coordinated regular company-wide communication and collaboration on the platform, including among Research & Development, Sales, Customer Success and executive leadership.
o Managed design and prioritization for two teams: one (5 team members) focused on consumer UI; the other (9 team members) on architecture, admin functionality, third-party integrations, and API/SDK development and deployment.
o Translated requirements from customers, partners, data privacy SMEs, executive leadership and others into the backlog.
o Built, continuously maintained, and presented roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders, resulting in improved transparency across the board:
• Led design work at the company by managing day to day efforts of UX designers, mapping user journeys and flows, translating design requirements from business units, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of UI designs.
o Shortened the feedback loop between executive leadership, engineering, and design by creating and facilitating new cross-functional design reviews, which resulted in increasing the frequency of new feature delivery by over 100%.
• Improved release cadence by driving completion of a new developer portal and leading establishment of release notes process.
• Stabilized product pipeline for dev teams and external stakeholders by standardizing expectations for the flow of ideation to validation to design to build.
